Privacy Policy
Obsesion is built to keep personal checklist activity private. This policy explains what the app stores, which device permissions it can use, and how data is handled.
Information stored by the app
- Checklist names and checklist items you create.
- Completion history for your checklists.
- Optional notes and photos attached to checklist items.
- Optional reminder settings, including notification times and location-based reminder settings.
- Optional app lock preference using device authentication.
Where your data is stored
Obsesion stores checklist data locally on your device. If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is synced through your own iCloud account so it can appear on your other devices.
Data sharing
Obsesion does not sell your personal data. The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking.
Permissions
- Camera: used only when you choose to attach a photo to a checklist item.
- Location: used only for optional location-based reminders that you configure.
- Notifications: used only for reminders you choose to enable.
- Face ID or device authentication: used only when you enable app lock.
Children's privacy
Obsesion is not designed as a children's app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a remote backend service.
